CHARGES FOR THE USE OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES FOR PRIVATE PURPOSES.

I am directed to refer to this office letter No. MTO (S&GAD) AT-Il /7-32/96 Gated 05.10.2001 on the subject cited above and to say that the following rates have been revised for Government vehicles in case of their private use as mentioned against each:-

MotorCycle
Existing Rs. 1.00 / Revised Rs. 3.00 up to 100km and Rs. 5.00 From 101Km onward

Car/Jeep/Van
Existing Rs. 3.00 / Revised Rs. 10.00 up to 500km and Rs. 15.00 From 501km to onward

Bus
Existing Rs. 30.00 / Revised Rs. 40.00
(For Marriage Function only within the limits of District Lahore)
*For 4 Hours only
*If More than 4 hours, Extra Rs. 300.00 Will be Charged per hour other than normal charges

Truck and other Heavy Vehicles for Transporting Luggage
(Only Personal Luggage of Officers Official)
Existing Rs. 2.00 / Revised Rs. 30.00 (Within Territorial Limits of Punjab

2.  These instructions will take effect immediately. All concerned quarters any may be informed accordingly.
