Revision of NCA Service Allowance (30% of SPS 2011 to 30 of SPS 2017)

SPD letter No. 998/1/COP/Fin Regs dated 7 Aug 2013 and letter No. 998/1/Estb/Fin/Regs/SPD/Pay-Allces/88 dated 31 Aug 2018 refer.

1. Competent Authority has approved the revision of NCA Service Allowance for all NCA employees from @ 30% min of SPS 2011 to @ 30% of SPS 2017 with effect from 1st October 2018. The expenditure on the subject revision will be met out of the existing budget of FY 2018-19. The existing revised rates of NCA Service Allowance, Lump Sum Pack of Cat-IV and contingent employees are as under:-
