Ban on Pillon Riding, Use/Display of Arms/Weapons, Crackers and Aerial firing in District Kach

No. SO(judl):)8(31)12012 /3Z73-85/Kach WHEREAS, it has been made to appear to the Government of Baiochistan that owing to the peculiar law & order and threat perceptions, there exists fear of breach of peace and threat to the general law & order in District Kech.

AND WHEREAS, die Government ofBalochistan has reasons to believe that apparently the undesirable activities of anti-social elements, miscreants, banned organizations and groups may cause damage to the human life and public/private property.

NOW, THEREFORE, in suppression of all previous orders tn tilts regard, the Government of Balochistan in exercise of powers conferred under Sub Section (6] of Section 144 Cr.P.C 1898 is pleased to impose ban on pillon riding, use/display of arms/weapons, crackers and aerial firing in District Kach with immediate for a period of one month.
