No.SORI(S&GAD)1-30/2003(P-Il). In exercise of the powers conferred under section 2 of the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006 (XIl of 2006), the Chief Minister is pleased to direct that in Notification No.SORI(S&GAD)1- 30/2003, dated 13-02-2013, the following amendment shall be made:-
AMENDMENT
In Notification No.SORI(S&GAD)1-30/2003 dated 13-02-2013, in the TABLE, in column Nos.1 to 4, for Sr. No.2, the following shall be substituted:-
Employee in an attached department or a subordinate Office of the Government or District Government.
- In BS-19 and above. [Chief Minister]
- In BS-1 to 18 [Appointing Authority]
- Provided that the Medical Superintendent of a hospital, higher in rank than the employee, may-exercise the powers of the competent authority for placing under suspension an employee in BS-1 to BS-17 for the time being serving in the hospital.
